Downloading of software failed no repai

I spent more then an hour and a half on Saturday and I was told to take the decoder to a DSTV agent which told me today the decoder is beyond repair and the software cannot be downloaded. why should i pay for the service and I would like someone to plese call me regarding the situation, they promised to do so and only phoned back today - what am I suppose to do as the software downloading has got nothing to do with me and I now has to pay up. pelase multichoice I#m paying a arm and a leg and also need to pay service fees for SABC and they deliver a better job.
