Horrendous customer service

I find it appalling that Ster-kinekor Maponya mall hasn't enhanced their customer services since my last visit. Yesterday i decided to go watch White House scheduled at 17h30. Everything seemed fine until the screen start showing smoke, it appeared that something was burning and therefore the movie could not display and can only observe smoke on the screen. We waited a few minutes assuming that they manager would have the courtesy to inform customers what the occurrence was and also apologies for the inconvenience (Wishful thinking) that did not happen! Customer had to go out looking for the manager to find out what was happening, but the manager was nowhere to be found. We eventually had to walk out having not finished the movie nor getting a refund. This is not the first time i experience such service from Maponya Mall. In my opinion if such an occurrence happens once, then perhaps it is my misfortune, but for me to have a repeat experience of poor quality more often than not definitely leads me to be a disappointed customer, especially if I consider myself a loyal customer of Ster - Kinekor.
My complaints are simply an observation over time.
