A terrible service provide

Talk about bad service. Recently I was asked to bring the PVR decoder in to upgrade my smart card. Tests were done, card replaced and off I went. Same night onwards, the decoder started freezing. Tried the call centre many times but zero assistance to a solution. I reported to Hellopeter and got a lip service call from a so called assistant GM who promised to do tests on the signals from her side to check signal. After a long 1 hour call of doing checks we ended the phone call and I went to check, sadly the decoder was frozen. I called the number as appeared on the caller ID but the call could not go through. I then called the call centre who told me to call the next day. I have been trying now for one week to speak to the lady from Multichoice that called me. No luck and I seem to be forgotten. Whats really sad is that my decoder worked perfectly fine for signal and channels before the software and smart card upgrade. I want Multichoice to reverse the software and return my old smart card. The changes forced onto me are causing me frustration and hardship. No more lip service please. Just fix up your mess. Very Unhappy, misled and frustrated custome
