Multichoice needs to answer questions shorty!! We are unable to post any feeds on the forum. We purchased a Explora decoder and today there seems to be a issue. Double digits when you type 1, it indicates 11 we are ubable to use the remote. We called and the useless consultant does not even know or heard of the problem. But so many complaints on the forum. I paid over R2300 for this decoder only to read that there is some kind of software issue which might be resolved only before the end of the year?!! I will not accept this. I cant play recordings the decoder goes hay wire. Dstv better sort this out!
