Bad Customer Service to the core

Not only am i disguted by the service I received on the 07 August 2013 at SK theaters but I actually feel sorry for them. last week my partner and I were driving on our normal weekly outing to Canal Walk I actually convinced him that we go to Tygervalley for a change. Bought tickets ar 17:21, WORLD WAR Z, for the 19:30 movie firstly the cashier was conversing with another staff member as i was also trying to inform her of our choice of Movie, as a I was paying by debit card she asked the colleague to swipe my card from the side i was standing, this one swipes the card and walks away - anyway the transcation has to be redone. We returned Cinema at 19:10 to buy snacks but there is no one at the counter, all we could here are loud conversation coming from somewhere in the Cinema area after 15min, nevermind there is no one to ask but the lady at the ticket counter who just said she does not knw when one of the viewers went to enquire, i went to investigate - only to find the ladies having their own personal conversations with the cleaners and when I complained they made a joke about it, giggling, not 1 apology. I am disgusted and appaled shame never will we watch a Movie there again.
