So disgusted with the service and attitude of the staff at this cinema. Some of them don't even know what they doing, today my sister swiped her card for the movie and the girl said nothing she just pretended to swipe it, when we got to the popcorn counter after being to this cinema more than once the only girl that told us her card isn't swiping, my question is why couldn't this have been mentioned at the movie counter, don't they know what they doing?? what do we do in a case where we have been swiping the card and losing out on points due to staff negligence. I'm still awaiting on their reply for a week now. Clearly they don't care how their bad service make people for who without us they have no business.
