My husband, my son and myself went to Canal Walk 4th May 2013 to watch the 20h00 movie. It was our first movie in 2years (my husband not big on movies). So we decided to watch "this is 40" and our son watched the GI Joe 3D. Now... after standing in queue for 15min just to get tickets... not that big deal. Standing in line for snacks... 35min? NOT COOL. Order popcorn... NO SALT!!! Not acceptable. No my child's movie already started. Hurry on to take his seat... ask for 3D glasses... he needs to collect (pay for them? its not that the ticket was cheap) at the snack counter. What a joke. We just stood in line for ever and no one bother to tell us this when we bought the ticket. And we (my husband and myself) had to watch a movie with salt-less popcorn.
The staff are like robots... just do the job. If the public don't ask questions... we wont tell them what they need to know. And we wont make sure that stock is up to date.
