Different day, same bad service

I went to the Promenade cinema last night to see Ironman 3. We stood in a short line for the snacks but it took us about 30 minutes to get served.
After we finally got our snacks we went into the cinema. For some reason this premiere movie is playing in one of the smallest theaters. To our surprise they played no trailers and due to the long wait at the convection counter we missed the beginning of the movie. The sound in the theater was terrible, it was actually difficult to hear clearly and there was a constant loud clicking sound throughout the movie.
Everyone in the theater waited in anticipation for the credits to end to see the easter egg at the end (Everyone knows all Marvel movies have this). It seems the projectionist didn't know, didn't care, or just wanted to go home early because the movie was switched off as soon as the credits started rolling.
We went outside to find a staff member but there was not one to be found. This was not the first time we encountered a problem and there were no staff to help.
For a short while things were running well at this cinema but I see they are going back to their bad ways. I don't think I will be wasting any more of my money here
