Have wasted R100 of my airtime just holding on to the call centre line 0112892222 just to request that my bouquet be changed to Premium. No response, no assistance and no upgrade on the dstv. Tried to call from hubby's phone as well, we are both minus airtime. I find this very inefficient. They say you can log onto the website and do it there, but the website says unavailable. Please can my bouquet be upgraded.
