I was sold expired tickets, no refund!

I bought park&ri tickets fo the RKelly concert in Johannesburg on the 8th August 2013 at checkers Hyper Borksburg. The tickets were bout at 16:54. When my husband and I got to the Eastgae park and ride facility, we were told that the last bus left at 16:00! Bus times on the ticket were stated as departure would be from 12 with no indicated cut off time. Further, the lady who sold us the ticket as well didn't indicate that the lat bus left at 4. So we had to drive to the stadium. On Monday the 12th of August, I went to checkers hyper to claim a refund and was told that I needed to come back the following Wednesday. I then went on Wednesday and was then referred to computicket's call centre and a supervisor by the name Mary Anne was then to give me a call back the following day. Since then I have been the one calling them demanding feedback but to no avail. I get sent from pillar to post and keep on getting told that an email has been sent to the event organizers etc but I don't get feedback! I even spoke to anothersupervisor, Khehiwe and she also promised to get back to me& she hasn't to date, after even leaving numerous messages for her. Frustrated!!!
