Shocking service received for simple transaction

In April 2013, I opened a current account and therefore had to switch all my debit orders from my savings account to the new current account. I emailed Bonitas the confirmation of banking details which they received but did not action. The debit order went off the wrong account the following month so I contacted them again. I resent the banking details and Bonitas eventually acknowledged the new account information and I received an email to say the banking details had been changed. However, this was AFTER the first of June and therefore too late to make the monthly debit order run. This morning I received an email to say my benefits had been suspended due to non payment. I enquired this morning and was told that they could not do a once off debit to collect the June premium, so I have to make an EFT. What can be considered a simple transaction ahs been drawn out over two months and countless emails have been sent back and forth. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service!
