Good day,

I have phoned Multichoice on last week between the 19th and the 21th of August to cancel my debit order. The reason why i was cancelling is because I want to downgrade and everytime i downgrade Multichoice still deduct the Premium amount. I was told its done and even receive a call and email for comfirmation that is done but today they tried to debit my account and it bounce back.

Multichoice should not charge me for that debit order as it is not my fault and will never in future arrange a debit order with them. i am so dissapointed with their services.

PLEASE REMOVE MY BANKING DETAILS FROM YOUR SYSTEM.
