About 10 pass six am, my dstv connection was disabled. When phoning in they confirm and said it was the system even though I am paid up. I ask them yesterday to take off my cell number from there system. They insist that if I do not give my cell number they cannot reconnect me.By this time I given my name and surname, I'd number, address and reference number. They insist that the consumer protection act required it, when what section they said section 5.1.3, when I check and ask them to read it out they were unable. They refuse to reconnect my decoder.
