I am disgusted in the service DSTV is giving there customers. Shocking is not the word. I have been calling in to there call-center for three days now with not prevail. If they don't answer the phone you wait on the phone for 30 mins and this call is not free!!! I have sent emails to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] still no response my payment is not allocated to my customer number. Since your callcenter number is useless and just rings pathetic. They are also disconnecting the service and I have to call in to reconnect and i get charged R50 to reconnect yet I have paid. DSTV please sought your callcenter lines out Im sick of phoning and it just rings and drops the call. And sought my payment out!!!
