I would like to know, how could you cut a subscription if the previous month a payment was made, more then what you require? If a person made a payment larger then what the normal amount should be are they not allowed to have that time extra before making the next payment? Could you please highlight in the consumer act where there are brought forward that you may not receive a service that you have paid for? You know some people receive their salary only when a company pays it to them and some companies only pays in some cases on the seventh of the month. You are always glad to receive more than what is required, but you do not take in consideration that legally it is time of viewing that has already been paid for. So in other words you are not allowed to cut viewing until all credit has been used? Instead you cut subscriptions and then there after even charge an additional so called re-connection fee? In other words the consumer lost his credit paid in advance and also are robbed of charges that you so call need to charge due to late payments but you forget that the person has made an payment each month more than what your instalment. Is this not the consumer of his rights
