Poor service

I logged on DSTV to manage my services, it is stated that u can add or remove decoders, this is! U have to call the call centre, u have punch your id number then they want your cell number and again your id number and your address, what a lot of just to get the operator to assist you, the i told to call on the last day of the month to disconnect my extra view decoder. DSTV WAKE UP!!! POOR SERVICE!!!
