AUTOMATICALLY CHANGING BOUQUET (GENERAL)

Multichoice is exactly like Eskom, run the industry with little to no competitors and do as they see fit. Whats sad we have little to no choice when in search for entertainment, our Internet connections are pathetic, cannot be seen as an alternative. TopTv's too far behind in the game, if that thought has now struck you as an option.

I recently changed my bouquet to compact, off season - i'm a sports enthusiast, to my surprise I now have the Indian bouquet instead, when i contact the contact centre i'm told their systems show i'm still on the compact bouquet. The question i asked, which was never answered was why would the option automatically change? I still have no answer from them, but two "solutions", "rescan" or try this "TV, OK, SELECT COMPACT BOUQUET". I'm not one to complain but I sometimes feel Multichoice has us by the... cannot mention and see themselves as the service providers that run the show.

I have asked myself and the contact centre why is there no option for a strictly sports bouquet, it was suggested to me by staff, I suggest it on email to their offices and this of course was to no avail. I've answered the question though, capitalism, its about money.
