Tried to connect to the new Dstv dsktop player. Typed in Smart card number and account holder name. It would not accept and gave me an error report of CN102. I phoned Call centre (Ref: 137457695) and was told that there could have been an error with the spelling of my name and could email them the complaint. that is the issue!! I phoned to report my complaint. Why should i still have to send an request. In the past I had no response or feedback sending a complaint. Please sort out your problem and let me know.
