I often have inter action with Multichoice to activate and deactivate my 2 holiday decoders I did this via the website over the internet This worked fine but from about 2 months back this has become a nightmare. My email complaints are often ignored or when responded to the person communicating does not know what he is talking about and when I need my complaints to be escalated this is not done Management has secured themselves behind an Iron Curtain and are not willing to interact and get involved The cost to phone the call centre is very expensive and I have to pay for the call and Multichoice have the cheek to spend time advertising at my expense during the call I challenge multichoice for just 2 months to introduce a toll free number and they will then understand the cost involved to phone Last month (july) they cancelled my debit order for no reason further telephone costs to rectify the situation with not even a sorry or any opology Senior Management need to get involved and not distance them selves from complaints when it needs to be escalated There does not seem to be a concerted effort by Multichoice to engage and rectify and this is disheart
