TV ghosting on SABC 3 channel

I the last month Tshwane TV is ghosting on SABC 3 channel and iterfering in our viewing. Our caretaker has tried to adjust our antenna and that has not helped. This is having an impact 60 units. I phone Tswane TV to see how we change something on our side, the reply was agaskies we will change it. The ghosting is so bad that viewing SABC 3 is becoming a pain to watch. Please help!!!
