I called in the first time on Monday 22 july to report that i am not receiving on demand/catch up titles. I was on the phone for 30minutes or so. Had to endure a very long troubleshooting process. I was told eventually all is well but must wait 24-48 hrs before i receive all i reported.

On friday 26 july, i called in again to report the same matter. I got through to Andile who insisted to run down the same troubleshooting process. I told him several times that this was done but would not listen. We almost argued a few times over what i needed as he still insisted on doing the same thing his colleague did on monday which would leave me waiting for another day or two. I refused this and asked for my query to be escalated, he tried a few times to dismiss my request. At some stage he promised i can speak to his supervisor. When i demand he put him on the line he reneged and claimed the supervisor was not available at that moment but would by the next day. We argued about this again. Eventually he put Richard on the line.

Richard tried to assist and did some troubleshooting and realised that my issue needed a decoder swap. This was after 53 minutes on the phone! Really?
