No troubleshooting, no help

SIM swap requested at 19:45 on Thurs 21/02/13. Numerous phone calls to vodacom call centre, vodacare store, Samsung as directed during multiple phone calls and my sim is activated but no network. Given ref number this morning. Case escalated. Apparently vodacom tried to contact me on the number that is NOT working. Re-escalated, have to wait another 24 hrs and no end in sight. No real troubleshooting performed as no one has the skill to do so. And those with the supposed skill try to call me on the number that is reported faulty. No effort made to email me for example or to call me one of 3 other contracts I have with vodacom.
