Agreed they wrong but delays their payout

I recently joined fedhealth - blue door option and needed to take my son to a speech and language therapist. So I called the medical aid to request an authorization. I was advised none is needed and that I do get 2 specialist visit per year. I went and the medical did not pay. I called and asked and was advised it will be escalated to a Team Leader to listen to the call. No feedback so I called again and advised the same thing. I had to call again and advised by the consultant that the agent had advised me incorrectly and this has been escalated to management. Every time I spoke to them I was told the same thing. I eventually got frustrated and insisted to speak to a team leader who advised the same thing and that he would call me with a resolution., this did not happen. I tried contacting the representative at our company via email and advised will look into it on 2 different occasions and still no feedback. I eventually went onto the site a few times and was told by a TL (Kirin) that he is handling this and would provide resolution. Still nothing. Finally I get a call to advise approved and payout done. No payout done! I am getting no joy and this bill is getting interest added.
