Holding for too LONG!!!

I am currently on hold on DSTV Calling them and I have been holding more than 21min.

This is the case every time I call them.

I must say this is a bad service and I would not recommend people to call Dstv for assistance. It would be better for you go inside the next branch.

THIS IS A VERY POOR SERVICE AND IF ONLY I HAD ANOTHER OPTION I WOULD CLOSE MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY.
