My decoder is displaying upside down 139 and I have a black sreen. I tried the self help options on call (1/2 of the contact numbers on the DSTV website does not work) As I was holding for costomer care I logged into the DSTV site and still had no luck with the error. I held for over 22 minutes on the line with no reply. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Please help me DSTV.
