Couldnt be bothered to help

I am sitting here at monte casino, at a slot machine with my card jammed in it. Ive been waiting for about 15, maybe 20 min now for someone to help me. Ive gone out to look for an attendant. Ive asked the "supervisor" on this floor (large smoking) to help and shes told me she has called someone. I asked her twice. The second time she was chatting to her colleague and tried to walk off when she saw me coming. This is so unbelievable. I cant stand this couldnt be bothered attitude and passing the buck.
