Back again, and again, and again

I had a tv link/ extra view problem with my SD Decoder a few months back. I was advised by the call centre to take my decoder to the nearest Multichoice outlet (55km away from me). I did so and my HD decoder was replaced not the problematic SD?? They said to me that the unit should work fine. It was giving intermittent problems but after an hour long call centre call every couple of days it kept on working too an extent, however the tv link was not working after a whilst. I then bought a new one which also did not work. Again I did the long drive to Umhlanga to get my SD sorted. They tested my SD pvr and said there was nothing wrong with it. The tv link was also working fine. I'm home now and the tv link is not working. How do I resolve this issue? What do I have to do?
