I got a Ellies TV eye link recently
For the line tol allow me to change the channel in a different room.
I have a DSD3u (DSD 1131) decoder which connects to another room.
I tried to contact the eye link however could not get it working.
I then decided to ring up Multichoice Technical department yesterday 01/05/2013 from 0113425085 and the advise received was mind blowing.
The first consultant Mogotsi provided some settings and showed understanding of my need but was not successful however she was not that bad.
I then rang the second time and held on for another 10min just to speak to someone and then I was directed to Patricia and here is a example of stupidity.
She informed me that the decoder is not compatible (I'm checking now on the website and it is) she even argued.
She then transferred me to Elizabeth and she advised me that I need to change my remote and again argued with me and I just left it there.
Now I'm asking myself was this people hired by Multichoice?
Is this the type of service we get?
Rectify this please!!!
My eye link is still not working can you arrange someone to contact me and get this sorted out I waited 30min in total already.
