Account paid but suspended

Hello! Peter
I have a dstv account that has been suspended although I have paid.
I have two dstv installed one in Khayelitsha at my parents house and one in Beaufort West. I paid R550 (both compact) yesterday and now I just received a phone call from father asking me why have I not paid. This is desturbing to me.
If there is a way can you please have my account active again
