On the 30 of September 2013 I called the DSTV call center and upgraded my current package to Compact. Two days later my package reverts to the previous package being easyview. we could not access any compact channels. I however tried to contact the call centre but could not hold for a long period of time. this was left as is. at the end of October I was given notice that i would need to pay for the Compact package for the entire month of October 2013 which was never viewed. I called the contact center reference number 79286606, was told there is simply nothing that can be done.

the employee was so arrogant he actually said "maybe you dont know what channels you are allowed to watch". i refuse to pay for a service i did not use.

please someone revert to me.
