NOT HAPPY WITH MULTICHOICE AT ALL

We are on the family package at moment and also the recording facility - once month we phoned in - and upgrade our package to a full package for 2 days - everything goes well. But EVERY TIME we phone in again to down grade - we have issue regarding this - they get everything done - and the next morning we see a message - please call the call center - our service is suspended - but we have CREDIT in our account - why do we need to phone in a second time to get this sorted out, this is happening each and every month.

We are about to cancel DSTV - really, its costing us phoning the call center each time.
