Incompetency seems contagious

Now, I get my website hosting from Axxess.

The initial package was 39 ZAR a month, called the S USA PACKAGE. I contacted their hosting department regarding an upgrade, which obviously would be the next package, namely M USA PACKAGE. The hosting gets upgraded and everyone is smiling, untill I received my ProForma Invoice, stating I owe then 99 ZAR for the L USA PACKAGE. What the? So I contact them, attaching a screenshot of the conversation that I had with hosting initially, which clearly States: "The next hosting package is M for the amount of R49.00 a per month.". After sending multiple mails, degrading/upgrading the account, someone from "hostaccounts" replied stating that the Invoice will be calculated correctly at month end.

GUESS WHAT, month-end comes, still the incorrect package (L USA PACKAGE @ 99 ZAR). I contact them only to receive a pricelist of the package, which clearly shows M USA @ 49 ZAR and L USA @ 99 ZAR. How hard is it to follow simple instructions? This has been stretching over a period of 2-3 weeks, for such a simple, low-cost service. Every accounts representative seems as incompetent as another.

Anyone know of a host I can move to that isn't idiotic?
