I recieved an sms from sterkinekor as a valued club member for a free screening of Argo on 23/01/2013 at musgrave. Immediately dialled the booking number and held for a long time and eventually when the call was answered i told the lady i had received an sms for screening of Argo and was cut before i could finish what i wanted to say and was told fully booked no explanations or alternatives if there were any offered.

My question is do these sms's not go to a chosen number of ' valued members' and also keeping in mind the size of the cine-centre?

The sms did not stipulate any urgency in response or if it were first come first serve.

Sterkinekor has raised an expectation that it has to fulfil to the affected.
