I received a call back for my complaint logged on 11 July 2013 and was told I would receive compensation for the inconvenience caused. So almost a week later, I'm still waiting for resolution and also confirmation that my refund hs been paid. Ster-Kinekor has really really bad service. I did not expect this service.
