Online booking - misleading

I am elevating this complaint as an email complaint was not handled to my satisfaction. all i got was a patronizing reply and no resolution.

my initial complaint was that i booked a movie online. GI Joe. If you go to ster kinekor online, you will see that for every cinema showing GI joe, the image used for GI joe, says GI JOE 3D.

obviously i thought i booked for a 3D movie and instead it was a regular screening. i pointed out in my complaint that this was misleading/false advertising, and was told that if i book 3d it will say 3d. that is the response i got from "customer service"

if i do not get a satisfactory response, at least someone admitting that yes, it is misleading and not responding as if i am, then i will never use ster kinekor again and will post the email reply to my facebook profile so that all my friends can know the kind of service you get at ster kinekor.
