On Saturday evening at approx 21.30 I decided to use the bathroom at Ster Kinekor before entering the theatre. As I entered the gents bathroom the smell was overpowering to a point where i was physically sick and had to run out of the bathroom. This is utterly disgusting and not to the standards of Gateway or Ster Kinekor. I will copy this complaint to Ster Kinekor and Gateway centre management for comment.
