Booking Error - Waiting for refund

On 9 Feb 2013 I tried to purchase 3 movie tickets for Ster-Kinekor in Claremont. At the checkout I entered my card details and the payment was processed. I then received an error notification saying that my booking has been cancelled and that I will receive a refund. I phoned the call centre a couple of hours later to ask about this and was told that it would take 24 hours for my refund. Although this was not ideal, I accepted this. Sunday, still no refund... I phoned again and was told this time that it could take another day or so due to it being a weekend and Ster-Kinekor being with a different bank.

I am still waiting for my refund of R 212.50. I understand that such things happen however I don't think you are properly equipped to handle this. If there is room for error involving payments then you should be able to reverse the payment immediately!!

Please ensure that the refund is paid within the next 24 hours.
