Incompetent staff with bad attitude

On Sunday afternoon my boyfriend and I decided to go play adventure golf at the brightwater commons. This would have been our second time. The first time we received a ticket for two more free games. On Sunday this particular guy told us we need a second ticket as we are 2 players. We explained that we only received 1 ticket previously. The cost of these were R60, I could have bought a new one but this guy was so adamant that it's not his problem that we didn't get 2 tickets and was not going to give us one. He was so rude we just walked away. I will not be going back to that place ever again.
