I am most disgusted with Multichoice! Your service is usually brilliant but this latest issue is simply pathetic and nothing short of a to make money from nothing.

When I was on holiday on the 9th of August and had taken my spare decoder with me, I merely wanted my DSTV premium service activated on my spare decoder, I DID NOT ASK FOR A SECOND SUBSCRIPTION to be activated.

Now you make it my responsibility (after you bill me for a service I never knew I had activated) to have cancelled. How was I supposed to cancel something I didn't know I had? It was YOUR call center agents responsibility to INFORM me that the service was activated, not mine to somehow verify. I was never informed that a second subscription was activated.

I want my money back immediately!!!
