I recently switched from the Premium package to the Extra package. I was satisfied with my choice because I mostly watched the Series Channel (in particular Ellen). Two weeks after the switch, Multichoice decides to split the Series channel - rendering the package that I choice unsatisfactory.

I chose the package based on certain criteria, and in 2 weeks you CHANGE that criteria (thereby forcing me to go back to the Premium package). SHAME ON YOU MULTICHOICE.

Besides that, I am still waiting for my refund because after switching, you chose to take of the instalment for the Premium account rather that the Extra. It was indicated that the balance would e paid into my bank account after 5 working days - it has now been 6/7 days???

You are a nightmare, and you get away with it because you are basically a monopoly in tv viewing.
