Ig company looses payment

As a loyal member of dstv i pay my account every month before the due however las month i
Paid before the due date only for multichoice dstv to loose my payment and then suspend my
Account!!! i called the call centre whole weeknd no answer i get trough on monday only to hear they lost my
Payment, they ask me to get a notification of payment from my bank, which i did and emaild back..i asked for a cancellation in my suscription and a full refund... till today im still waitng for them to get back to me...
The worst service everr!!!
