Our account has been suspended for over a week due to "unsettled account", without giving notice of "apparently not paying our account". After our accounts department did the reconciliation for Multichoice from Feb 2011 - Aug 2013, the problem has yet to be rectified more than a week later. This is following promises by them to have it rectified "the next day" and many wasted hours on the phone. This is also not the first time this happened even though the account has always been paid.
