Ster Kinekor -Cape Gate not a happy place just BAD

I am utterly disgusted in the condition of CapeGate Sterkinekor. I went to watch White House Down on Tuesday evening and upon entering the cinema, it was stuffy and hot. We went to request that the aircon be switched on, and the manager was not in his office. The guy that took in the tickets told us he is too busy. After the movie have started we went to ask again, and one of the ladies told us, it will be on in 5min. Half way through the movie we went to ask AGAIN, and again the manager was nowhere to be found. No one can enjoy an movie when the cinema is stuffy and hot. We could hear other people complain as well. We were simply ignored. And when we exited the movie, again we could not find the manager as he cashing up (counting the money I gave to sit in the heat). It is winter! When you walk out of a stuffy, hot, germ filled cinema into a cold lobby and mall, that is how you get sick. Although Cape gate is my closest cinema, I am tired of asking them to switch on the aircon, or switch off the lights or adjust the screen (like I had to do in the past)! And judging from the other hello peter complaints, nothing is changing. They simply do not want to improve! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!
