MULTICHOICE - ACCOUNTS IN A MESS

Since last year October (2012) Mutichoice keeps on telling me I owe them "an extra R103" over and above the R730 I pay them every month - I have now spent more than 400 minutes on my cellphone trying to establish what this is for and everytime I am told "oh now I see - I will send it through to accounts for a credit"- but this NEVER HAPPENS!!! Multichoice do you not have the intelligence to run your accounts department in a proper manner because your invoices are such a mess!!! I don't have the time to sit hours with your invoices and try to establish what is going on!!!
