Debit Order Returned!!!

Hi, i am a prestige client with stdbank and yesterday a debit order of R100.00 went off my account, for legal wise, which i changed last month to the 25th. My account was in overdraft, so i quickly transferred R200.00 from my marketlink account to cover the transaction, today the debit order got returned and i was charged R115.00 for a R100.00 debit order, i have never had an unpaid on my account! and im really annoyed and disgusted at the bank doing this, when it was not my fault that legalwise didnt change my debit order date as i requested, further to that, i would expect the bank who i have been a loyal customer for over 9 years now and whom i hold all my investments and accounts with, to show a bit more customer service, especially seen that i have never has an unpaid on my account ever! Its not like i didnt transfer the money immediately once i saw the account was overdrawn, further to that my cheque account has an overdraft of - R50K which i closed not too long ago! i find this unacceptable! Tthe way i feel now, i want to switch my bank!
