Dear Multi Choice Management,

I have forwarded you correspondence since 5th May 2013 and to date I only received 1 Telephone call and confirmation that the matter was receiving attention.

Should I not receive any positive reply from you, I will be forced to report the matter to "Hello [URL Removed] to protect other Senior Citizens from your Approved MultiChoice installer from and behaving un ethically.

The Matter would be taken up further with the Ombudsman for the Consumer Protection Act and if the amount is not refunded in full with interest.

MultiChoice has an obligation under the CPA to protect their Customers from Unscrupulous installers appointed by you.

We respectfully request a full refund of R1500 to have this matter finalised on or before 31 May, 2013.
