Prestige Cinema or Prestige Movie - Watch Out!

Booked Iron Man with a group of friends at the Zone on 4May 2013 to check out the Prestige cinema for the 1st ime and my girlfriend was very amped since she had been doing research work for Ster-Kinekor. Banner said "Prestige" so I clicked and booked. Get there and turns out, its just the movie banner and not the cinema type. Told by Zacharia that I'm the 1st person to do that and he can't help me. Then he changes his mind and decides to take my details saying that he will call me for next show - No call. I complained, he called and said that he will call me 2 days later to confirm tickets - No call. It is 2 months later, NO CALL!

Does Ster-Kinekor feel like they are doing me a favour? Blaming Zacharia is 1 thing, did senior management or head office follow up on the service received? NO
