One of my decoders broke and was replaced with a new one, but the sales person Andrew did pair the decoders to go on to one account. Now I received a tread that my serves is going to be rendered if I don't do the payment as soon as possible. This is not my fault and so I am not going to pay for it. I did went back to the branch and the sales person promised me that he will sort out my account with head office but there is nothing done. Like they say (no payment so services - i say no service no payment).
