Could somebody at DSTV that has an ounce of intergrity, kindly phone me. I have had you up to my eye. I have had nothing but stress and annoyance from your PVR decoders. I am on my 5th or 6th decoder. I am fedup with having to unplug two decoders and travel 30 kilometers to have the stupid things tested and either changed or reset. I have been having endless problems for the last 5 days with some channels. Each person I deal with has a different solution, only for the thing to work for a couple of hours and then back to square one. I am now told to bring the decoders in once again. Enough is enough. I pay you every month for a service that I cannot use and now I want a solution or else I am afraid it's off to the consumer protector. I have had enough of the shoddy service and you grabbing your money monthly but when it comes to sorting out your mess I must do the running around and stressing. It's time you came to the party and sent somebody to my house for a change to sort out your defective product that I paid a fortune for. Unplugging two decoders is no easy feat, especially when my husband isn't around to help.
