Service cut off despite paying account on time

On Friday 28th June I paid our amount owed plus extra. Was quite a shock to see it cut off this morning despite it being paid. It seems they had an error on their side. It cost me money and time to sort this out and they have this attitude. They did not check anything. I am disgusted to say the least. If there was another service I would have chanegd immediately. I had to get proof despite they having a problem. Pathetic to say the least.
